Description
As has been our tradition, we will hold our annual meeting this year in the theater at the BIC Center. We’ll have some light snacks and refreshments, and have set aside time for folks to catch up with each other after having been apart for more than a year in some cases. We will publish a full agenda closer to the meeting, but you can expect updates on all of the efforts of your association including on workforce and affordable housing, broadband, blight remediation, Invasives, trails and more.
You can help things run more smoothly by paying your dues when you register to attend. To do that, choose the Registration & Dues for your ticket type. If more than one person from your household will be attending the meeting, you may add a regular ticket to the cart (Registration Only) for them. You may also pay your dues on the BIA website at beaverislandassociation.org.
The BIA board looks forward to seeing you at the meeting.
Event Details
Safety Requirements. All events at the BIC Center will comply with all safety requirements mandated by state and local authorities in effect at the time of the event. If necessary events may be moved to an outside location, postponed or canceled. Please understand that our first concern is the safety of our guests, performers and staff.
Special Accommodations. The BIC Center Theater is equipped with a T-Coil assistive hearing system. If you use hearing aids that are T-Coil capable, check with your audiologist about activating the that technology to provide hearing assistance in the BIC Center Theater. If not, BIC Center provided headsets may be used with the system. Just ask at the front desk. If you need other accommodations to attend the event, please check with the BIC Center front desk at least 48 hours in advance so that we are able to determine if we will be able to meet your needs. The BIC Center Theater is wheel chair accessible.
The BIC Center Assistive Hearing system was installed with support from BIC Center donors and a grant from the Charlevoix County Community Foundation.
